  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Generally, your orders will be processed within 3 business days after you check out. The transit time varies for diferent destination. It usually takes 3 - 21 days depending on your area.

    3. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
    Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, Premium-grades.com cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage. 

    4. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
    Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be applied for a given order from Premium-grades.com. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.

    5.What if the products I received is damaged or missing items?

    Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have been used or man-made damage. 
    You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at support@Premium-grades.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

    6.What happens if an item is on backorder?
    In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 21 days. Please contact support@Premium-grades.com and we will solve the issue immediately.

    7.What payment methods do you support?
    We accepts Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. You can find all payment methods on our checkout page.

    8.Why there is no tracking number after several days I paid?
    Normally, we will ship your order within 3 working days after your payment is acknowledged, and the transport time will be 3-21 days depending on your area. If you need express service urgently, please contact us at support@Premium-grades.com
    This handling time does not include the time for your payment to reach our account, which usually finishes in 10 minutes. But under some special circumstances, this process needs a few days, depending on the payment processing by the credit card payment platform (Stripe and PayPal).
    And please review the product page for the products you have ordered, which will indicate the inventory availability status of the product. Products that are out of stock will be shipped automatically once we receive additional inventory.
